Interested persons are hereby notified that a vacancy exists on the Oroville City Elementary School District Board of Trustees.

The appointee will serve until November 2022, at which time they will be required to be elected in order to serve on the Board (4-year term).  All candidates must be Butte County Registered voters and reside within the Oroville City Elementary School District boundaries.

Pursuant to Education Code, Section 35107(a), any person who is 18 years of age or older, a citizen of the State of California, a resident of the School District, a registered voter, and who is not disqualified by the Constitution of laws of the State from holding office, is eligible to be appointed as a member of the governing board.
