"I grew up in the Oroville area and attended Stanford Avenue as a child. I moved to San Diego for college and returned to Butte County in 1986. Between my husband and I, we have 5 adult children and two dogs. I’ve taught at Stanford Ave. since 1991 and have absolutely loved every year of it! My most favorite part of teaching is bringing to life what students read and learn about….whether that’s in the form of field trips, projects, cooking, etc."
