SECTION 00 11 16 INVITATION TO BID
PART 1 - GENERAL
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Oroville City Elementary School District of the County of Butte, State of California will receive up to and no later than 9:00 AM PDT on May 4, 2022 bids for the award and contract for the furnishing of all labor, materials, transportation and services required for design engineering supporting the replacement of HVAC units at Wyandotte Academy, Central Middle School and Ophir Elementary School. Submissions received after this date and time will not be accepted. Such bids shall be received by PDF format and emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Submittals are to be formatted, in order, as indicated in Section 6.0 of RFP “Contents of Requests for Proposals”.
Each Bid must conform and be responsive to this invitation and the Contract Documents. Electronic copies may be obtained upon request from Anser Advisory, 2677 N. Main Street, Suite 400, Santa Ana, CA, 92705. Make requests to email@example.com with a subject heading of “Wyandotte Academy, Central Middle School and Ophir Elementary Files Request”.
The Oroville City Elementary School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any defect or irregularity in bidding.
