We are currently monitoring the storm that is scheduled to hit our area tonight and this week. As of right now, all OCESD schools are scheduled to be open. Should we need to close any OCESD schools due to flooding or power outages, we will notify families as soon as possible.

The Supportive School Climate Advisory Committee welcomes your input! This committee focuses on how we are supporting equity in our schools. The first meeting is January 31, 2023, Studios@Central Middle School, room 24. Dinner will be provided at 5:00 for those who respond by Jan. 27. Meeting is from 5:30-7:00. Child care will be available. Please RSVP to sensminger@ocesd.net no later than January 27 if you plan to atttend.

Join us for an urgent Parent University tomorrow (12/07) at 6pm at The Studios at Central in RM 24 to support families with the death of a middle school student at a neighboring district. Childcare will be provided. Suicide awareness will be discussed with local professionals.

Hello Families! Please join us for Parent University TONIGHT at 6pm at Ishi Hills Middle School in the cafeteria. Childcare, snacks, and translation services in Spanish and Hmong will be available. We will be discussing suicide prevention and intervention. Hope to see you there!

OCESD is excited to announce that we adopting a new form of school-to-home communication at all OCESD schools called ParentSquare. We will be sending home more information in the coming months and hope to begin using it January 2023!
